We will never sell your personal infomatiom. When ordering through Hermanns Fine Gifts we will put you in our e-club. You will receive from time to time emails offering specials that we are promoting in the store.

Located in sunny Huntington Beach, California, in Old World Village, a charming replica Bavarian Village.

We boast an enormous collection of Hummel’s, Harmony Ball, Nutcrackers, Smokers, Pyramids and Erzgebirge miniatures, as well as Polonaise Ornaments, German Pewter, Ceramic Beer Steins, Dresden lace, Limoges,
Tea Pots and Cup and Saucers from England and our new line of Franz porcelain.

If you are looking for a special retired collectible in any of our collectible lines - we may just have it.

Almost everything is in stock and ships within four business days of the order unless you need it in a hurry and then you can have it shipped over night. If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered we will let you know within 24 hours. We do not ship on Sunday or Monday. If you have any special comments such as gift-wrap, next day air or anything else just enters them in the comments section when you are completing your order.

Returns:
You are welcome to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. We will not cover the shipping cost to send the item back. If choose a refund there is a 15% restocking charge to cover transactions costs and we do not refund shipping charges. Please notify us promptly of any items received in damaged condition or defective condition. Item(s) will be replaced, or if that is not possible, a credit of that amount for additional merchandise. Please note all claims after 30 days will no be excepted.
